A new you without having to change much of your eating habits!

If you’re like me, you look in the mirror and notice right away that you have some extra baggage. You always put it off because you don’t have time to do anything about it. You keep making excuses and think tomorrow will be the day. You might have even tried a radical diet and a lot of exercise, only to give up because you’re so tired.

Good news though, it’s still not too late to get started. The thing to remember that it's really important to stay real when setting goals. Remember you’re not looking for a quick pound loss, you need to change your lifestyle.
Many Americans usually give up on a diet because of lack of results in a short period. Believe it or not, there are people who are trying to GAIN weight, and are very dissatisfied with their results just as much as you.

My method has been working without me having to change much of anything. It’s simple when you think about it. Eating less results in fewer calories put in. It’s not as easy as it sounds however, so you might want to swap certain foods out, such as chips and sodas. Try other drinks, even water. Your body will naturally adjust and you’ll start to feel less hungry.

You might also want to try Resveratrol. It has a scientific study background, and currently getting approval from the FDA. It’s gotten a lot of exposure since it appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show. It is highly recommended by Dr. Oz. To learn more about it, check out whatisresveratrol

Interesting fact of the day:
The average American woman is 5'4" tall and weighs 140 pounds.
The average American model is 5'11" tall and weighs 117 pounds.
